Thats well close up, I didn't know they looked like that either. They have fallen off the trees here now, so I'll have to wait till next year.

Super shot Amy! I'm jealous of that lens too! I priced one when I was out last week - but I'll sure have to wait. Now I know why they are kinda sticky - you can see the ooze and stuff ;-)

@Anne: Thanks Anne! Yeah, they're not cheap but worth every penny. And my budget went for the 'cheap' one. The 105mm VR was double.
