Silhouette..

When I got this shot, I was just trying to get a good silhouette of the red wing as he came in for his landing. Apparently I was over compensating for the light.... So what you're seeing is exactly what I took. No tweaking in PS ... no pp. Just a total oops I think is pretty cool..

Get back in your pants ;-) Nice shot Amy. Why dont you try replacing the background with some dramatic sunset or sunrise skyline. I am sure that would do wonder to this shot. I am learning the technique now to change the skylines in the shots. There was this excellent video tutorial i got my hands on for it, and its really ellaborate. Can share with u pal, if you have any messenger service, as its about 130MB file.

Thanks Rahul! You know I never thought of adding a background.. hmmm, will ponder that for a bit. Thanks for the offer of the tutorial but I do know how to add a background. My post of 'Time Slipping" was actually a blended shot. I really really appreciate the offer, tho'. ;-)
