@Sidonie: You need Rahul harassing you about using a tripod!! LOL You know one thing I have discovered is that if I take my macros in the midday sun it's all good. The lower the light the fuzzier they are... not sure if it's my eyes (damn it getting old) or my camera.. or, perish the thought, both. Thanks Sidonie! You are such a great fount of encouragement!!! ;-D
FanFreakin'tastic my girl!!! The details, the color, the focus...and you know how I love macros too!!! In one word BEAUTIFUL!!!!! : - D

@Richard_Irwin: Hi Richard...the following is what I remember doing.... Ok, I do know I made a copy layer, did an adjustment layer for curves, did an adjustment layer for levels, added a diffuse glow on the background, used the history brush on the layer copy for just centre of the flower. Hmm, starting to look like I do remember... oh, when I processed the RAW image I did add some vignetting. It was pretty much a guess and by golly trip to creative-ville. ;-)
Perfect! Excellent macro, nice colours and composition.

Having a peak back at some I missed - Jen is so right - couldn't have said it better! Every time I see one of your shots like this I know I have to get that macro - since I last thought about it - other things have gone to the top of my list of priorities - but after seeing this photo it is right back at the top of my list. You really have got the hang of the macro now - and fr...fan...processing! :-D
