HEY GANG!! I'M BAAACK!!!
THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for all the wonderful comments I received whilst away. It just made me miss having been here even more. I'll start responding again now that I'm home. I didn't get a chance except when we were in Kelowna to get online. Everywhere else we stayed didn't have access ... c'est la vie.
This shot was taken in behind this most wonderous B&B we love in Victoria called the Millstream Llama Farm. Blissfull R&R... I can still hear the roar of the falls.

@Stunner: Hey there Stunner!! Firstly, thanks for all your comments while I've been away... really appreciate that! I didn't use a filter... what I did was use the Orton Effect when I was processing. I had taken the image at a slow shutter speed for the blur effect of the falls but it's the Orton Effect that gives it that extra punch. Thanks so much Stunner! ;-)

I've seen so many like these, but this one is amazingly beautifull, love the lighter greener tones on top and the darker, more mystical tones downwards. This is super Amy!

@oot skoot: Hey oot skoot! With my camera on the tripod I used the the smallest aperture setting I could (biggest number) and experimented a bit before I found the right shutter speed... 2 seconds for this one... and then used my remote shutter release so I wouldn't shake the camera at all. Hope that helps!! ;-)
