Thank you all for your wonderful comments and encouragment. I haven't been getting to everyone's p-blogs as much as usual but please know I will. Work constraints and, well, summer has been keeping me very busy
Just tell me what you think. I'm a big girl.... I won't cry for long. ;-)

@Craiger: Thanks Craig!! ... but how can you go wrong with an eagle?! LOL
You are lucky to able to see such great creatures. How did you get so close? I'm having a hard time getting close to the eagles here.

@Thomas: Hey Thomas!! This old beast was sitting in HIS tree surveying his territory so he wasn't too worried about me. I did use my big zoom lens but the eagles for the most part really don't give a second thought to us lowly humans... we're not food. LOL I had a quick boo at your p-blog and you do have some outstanding images!! Thanks for visiting mine and commenting... really appreciate it!
Impressive capture.

@bronzebilly u.k.: I think we're on here at the same time billy!! Thanks for the budgie comment... budgie.. hee hee hee.. say that to his face!!
And I really LOVED your post today!
There are two beagles at the end of my street. I see them virtually every time I'm in the vicinity. They're more lighter in colour and tend to bark a lot, even when I'm not taunting them. The other day I attempted to sneak up on them but they smelled me and wagged their tails way before I could leap into the air and exclaim 'Blllllllllaaaaaaaaaaaah!' Hang on... what's that beagle doing in a tree? Oh, EAGLE you say! Right, well, we don't have those at the end of the street, Nice one!

@Sash: OMG!! I don't often use this teenage colloquial but... YOU ROCK MAN! Ya kind-a remind me of my brother... which is a very great thing. Too damn funny!! You need to get out of the city and find a Wedgie!! (the eagle silly.. not your tighty-whities). And in conclusion: Thanks, Sash, you've made my evening!
