@Craiger: Thank you very much Craig!! ;-)
That looks like a rather tough angle to me. Did you take it free hand or with a 'pod?
While I love the composition and daring angle - it's the personalised touch with flower pops or it's old hat - that little green part makes me want to strangle the very life that enables it to defy gravity.
Hmm...*
* Still thinking.

@Sash: Took it freehand. My antiquated tripod does not make it easy to get into tight spots. I get impatient then frustrated then take things into hand which frequently works for the best as then I can get weird angles. Fortunately for this shot, there was some great light so no camera shake. Thanks Sash for the always eccentric yet somehow inspiring comments!! LOL ;-)
Amazing light in this super capture.

@John: Thanks!! The light was great that evening... good enough for a hand held shot.
Superb my dear, you know how I love macros, and this is EXCELLENT (F bombs away!!!!!) : D

@Jen: I knew you'd like this one!! Thanks bunches soul sister!
I'm off and running again tomorrow. Won't be able to check Am3 while I'm gone this time so will have to catch up when I get back. Hopefully, I'll have some post worthy images when I get back from this trip out to BC.
Nice macro shot. Love the colors here!

@Stunner: Hey Stunner!! Yeah, I know. I hemmed and hawed for a long before I got one but when I did I kicked myself for not doing it sooner. It really is worth the $$$$. Thanks so much for all your visits!!
Beautiful, love those colors. FANTASTIC shot Amy. Will this be a long macro series ??? Cuz these are real teasers. :p

@Rahul: No long series... tomorrow's is completely different and my last post for about 10 days as I'm off on vacation again. Haven't been able to get my poop in a group to do any pre-posting. Thanks for the f-bomb Rahul!!!!!
You really get down and dirty, don't you. That is a wonderful shot. My tripod is from the 1960s. I keep thinking that I should modernize.

@Michael Rawluk: Yeah, I've been known to crawl on my belly in the mud to get a shot!! LOL Thanks Michael!
Outstanding! Enjoy your holdiday, Amy. Look forward to your return with lots more photographs. I have a feeling BC is going to produce some stunners.
@Robert: THANKS Robert!!! I'm sure hoping I get some good stuff. Our friends on the Shuswap say there's some petroglyphs up the lake from them... I've got my fingers crossed.
Great macro shot!
