Falls on Shuswap

These falls can only be seen by water. This late in the year they're just a trickle but beautiful to behold.

Ahhh yes the Shuswap!!! Houseboat capital of Canada lol. There are so many lovely areas and undiscovered works of nature there. I live about an hour from the Shuswap and it is gorgeous. You captured this beautifully Amy!!! I love the colors and richness of the whole photo!!! Was there a lot of PP in this photo!!!

@Lost Valley: Hey LV!! You are soooo right about the lake being inundated with houseboats. But if you go far enough, there aren't any and that's where we were. Did you know there're some petroglyphs way up the lake? Too cool!! I did do a bit of pp on this... used the Orton Effect. Thanks so much, eh?!!!

I like the dreamy quality you acheived. Lovely colours and flow of water, makes me think of fairytale landscapes.

Like a work of art, the water, the rock, the moss, three totally different textures in such a harmony, represented in olive-greens and sky-blues, they match perfectly, a delicacy for the eye... now I stop, thank you Amy! (I am a teacher at a hotel school you see but what I mean what I just wrote :))
