from a distance...

Hey kids!! Sorry I was MIA yesterday. The alligator's (so to speak) caught up to me again in the form of a 2 day migraine. I haven't had opportunity to get out and about to get some new shots so will be digging in my archives. I took this shot last September when I was staying with my friends in Pincher Creek... which is just a hop, skip, and a jump from Waterton Nat'l Park.

Thank you so much for all the comments left on my last post. I'm still a bit fuzzy from the migraines and will catch up.

I haven't had a migraine for years but I remember what hell they can be.
Gorgeous layered shot leading from the dark to the light. With a migraine, go to the dark.

@Michael Rawluk: My migraines tend to give me vertigo more than the photosensitivity and they tend to cluster. Thanks again so much for your comments and encouragement Michael!!!

GORGEOUS shot amy - sorry you have had migraine - I used to suffer appallingly but age has dimmed them so there are advantages ;) Have you tried Imigran (that's the prescription brand name here) it worked so well for me - no more of those ones where you can't lift your head!

@Bron: Hey Bron!! Thanks so much.. it was one of those amazing fall sunsets.

The doctor did try me on a prescription(can't remember the name but is similar to what you had) but it didn't work. My body prefers to be difficult and hard to get along with!! LOL They do come much less frequently, just now prefer to hit in clusters.

Sensational tones and patterns emerging from this sunset (?) The mountain line and tree line do wonders to the overal composition...Pincher Creek sounds like a crab's wet dream. I'm tempted to write a short story about a crab having a wet dream @ Pincher Creek...Hmm... ;)
