my new chapeau

We are now paying for the relatively mild winter we were having. Since yesterday we've had about 8 inches of snow. I was supposed to have gone out for a day of shooting with Roberta (my mentor) but she who calls herself "cute but stupid" got stuck in her lane.... sigh... Needless to say, Mr amy was able to get my car unstuck in about 5 minutes... go ahead laugh, I did!! The next few posts are from my yard (garden). Although I really do dislike winter, I do appreciate and love how the snow blankets the land in it's white pureness and muffles the noise of the world.
