Playing around again. I'm running out of shots... eeeek! Just haven't had time and opportunity to get out as that pesky thing called real life has been rearing it's demanding and inconsiderate head at me.
UPDATE:
So here I am sitting at work AND I GET MY REPLACEMENT COMPUTER!!! Can you believe it??!! AND it's GORGEOUS!!! Can't wait to get home and play... so I can then get my stuff back on it tomorrow!! So on that note... I best get back to work seeing as how it's only 10am and I have a lot to do before I can go home.... ;-)
Just tell me what you think. I'm a big girl.... I won't cry for long. ;-)

It does tend to get in the way of having fun and enjoying ourselves right?? This is a very interesting picture Amy. I bet you will be glad when the snow is all gone, but then you will be packing and getting ready to move to Nanaimo. :)

Whoa...interesting effect. It reminds me of one of the optical illusions that you have to look at for a while before you see what's really there.

Dylan is right - but I still don't know what is really there! Told you I need new specs! What is in the background layer - is it more trees with not much opacity? I think you can play all day without going out and still come up with something interesting you just made up!! lol ;-)

@Anne: I'm not sure Anne, but if I remember correctly (as I started fiddling with this one a while back) it's an image of a cement wall in b/w. I worked on this one in CS2 and Picasa 2. I'm starting to like some of the little things you can do in Picasa 2. AND I got my new laptop delivered this morning!! I can't believe the turn around on this replacement... I fight for 2 months and then BOOM within days I get the replacement.
What a beautiful graffic shot!!

Wow, I like that effect. Very nice...

Good recycle of your few remaining shots amy. The processing work here truly deepens the impression of looking out from a wooded area to see this part of a fence standing there.

I love all the dominant vertical lines in this. They lead the eye skyward! Well done Amy!

Beautiful effect, Amy. I love the tones and soft colors; has a hand-drawn feel to it. I could definitely see this one in a frame!
