It's seems that I've been posting these composite images on Friday's lately.... shrug.. not sure why. This one I've been working on when I can for a couple weeks. It's still not exactly where I want to go with it but I'm not sure I have the skills to get where I want to go... that and maybe I'm just not sure where to go with it. This has 6 images and a lot of layer flattening, curves, gradients, etc. Maybe I got a little carried away... but I do like it as it is, too. Like it. Not love it. This all started with a crappy shot of geese that I desperately wanted to do something with. LOL!!!

Was having issues with getting sites to download last night and as you all know I'm on dial-up. I'm surprised this uploaded. Will catch up this weekend. Thanks everyone!!

Whatever you are doing, you're onto something special. This is a wonderful mix of photography and (for lack of better words) brush strokes/painting style of image. True art is born of such as this. Somewhere, a gallery is waiting.

@Florence: This is 6 different images layered over top of each other. The geese is the main image (background layer) with all the other images blended in. Hope that answers your question. ;-)

Theres an old british sterotype of middle class chintzy interior decor where they have three ducks on the wall in a daigonal line.

This image reminds me of that, but again, it has a totally different feel, like something from a horror story; the geese look kind of... ominus (no, not aminus =Dp).

To me it looks like one of those very early glass plate images when photography was still in its infancy. It's an extraordinary image.
