I tweaked an otherwise blurry not great shot. Waste not want not... LOL!!!

Well-done tweaking; doing this often salvages a pretty good photo out from the ranks of the ordinary. Really nice image you found in there amy.

I don't know what you technically 'tweaked'..but whatever it was - I like it. Is this about adding textures? It's got a beautiful soft..ethereal..almost romantice feel to it.

Lovely, the softness and blur are beautiful! Is there a second layer causing the strip of darkness across the shot or something else?

@DaveB: Hey Dave! Thanks so much! And yes there is a second layer of a blurred landscape image (see? waste not want not... gotta try all the blurry images together). In retrospect maybe I should've taken the opacity of it down a notch or two. However, I am still pleased with the overall effect. Glad you liked it!!

This is extremely well done Amy. It has an ethereal beauty to it. Just a personal piece of constructive criticism: the frames distract from your creations. The eye is drawn to the brightest part of your image. In this case it is the frame. Your eye is lead right off and away from your wonderful creation. I know frames have become popular on AM3 lately for reasons that evade me. This is just my opinion on an otherwise flawless image!

@Craig: THANK you, Craig! I really appreciate your critique. For the most part I like how the frames "showcase" the image even more. However, I didn't notice the affect it had on this one. You are right. And opinions are good and welcome... and I didn't cry at all!! LOL!! ;-)
