I did a little pp on this... can you tell? LOL!! I changed the original image into a lithograph then layered it with the image of the buffalo hide again.
Thank you everyone so much for your words of encouragement yesterday. This is all so new and different for me being alone in a strange albeit amazing city. So after reading my friend Roberta's words... wallowing doesn't help... I did what any red blooded Canadian woman would do; I went shopping!! Yep, shopping therapy was the answer. Found some great deals, too!! WooHoo!! Tomorrow; it's time to do some exploring with camera in hand. I have the best scenery right here on my doorstep. So the buttercup is sucking it up and going for a day of discovery. ;-)

that buffalo hide really creates a mood in your images, they remind me of "americana" type images.

Your creations are amazing Amy. That buffalo hide picture is a wonderful background. However your compositions are so spot on as far as placement of objects go. I love this...gives one a feeling of solitude. Great processing. Have a blast today taking pictures.

amazing depth to this one. ths pp works a treat, as does the sepia. love the highlight of the sharp focus of the bench against the blurred background too.
