I can't believe it's November 1st.

Thank you so much for the fantastic response to my eagle series. It was so hard to decide which shots to post. Watching that eagle and managing to get the shots I did was one of those moments in my life that will always be with me.

You can view my gallery of images and calendar for sale at: cute but stupid . I'm slowly adding more to the site and if there is something in my portfolio you would like to purchase but is not available on my site just contact me and I'll make it available.

As always Amy excellent work. I can not believe that it is the 1st of November either. This would have been an excellent shot for yesterday, but the eagle shots were incredible. I'm not so good with glowing adjectives, plus I'm at work and it is crazy busy in here but at least I'm not tempted to unpack something. ;))

Just a comment on your note about the eagles . . . I get the impression you feel exactly as I do, when you witness something awesome in nature. I feel absolutely privileged. You did a beautiful job recording your experience! And, I like this photo, too. Is that water in the background?

@Bookfool: Yes it is water in the background. It's an image I had in my archives of a creek. I layered this composite with about 4 different images... some just for texture and some for the actual image... if that makes sense.

And yes I do feel as you do about the awesomeness of nature. Witnessing the eagle was intensely amazing. I hope I have more encounters of the same... especially now with the salmon run in full swing. Thank you, Bookfool, for you comments... really appreciate them! ;-)
