nostalgic

Thanks for all the opinions yesterday on my tapestry post. Really appreciate the feedback. Didn't quite get my vision out on that one... and I will one of these days.. but after all the time I'd spent on it, I just couldn't garbage it. So onward and upward, eh?!!

Took this shot over on Salt Spring Island a couple weeks ago. It seemed to be a beautiful day for sailing as there were quite a few boats out. Thought I'd take a different tack (yes the pun is intended.. LOL!) on the sailboat theme and make it a blurred main subject between the trees. Then of course I had to make it as nostalgic as I could because to me sailing is something from days of old.... well, and the romanticism of it as well.

I must explain why at times I don't get around to visiting everyone. My new job, which I absolutely love, is an internet free zone. We have NO INTERNET!! We're connected to head office through intranet.. that's it. So I have to try to visit when I can in the evenings.

You can view my gallery of images and calendar for sale at: cute but stupid . I'm slowly adding more to the site and if there is something in my portfolio you would like to purchase but is not available on my site just contact me and I'll make it available.

I appreciate all visits and comments and thank you always... ;-)
