Ok. So here's the story. When I fell on Sunday, in my own graceful way, I managed to bugger up my bad shoulder.... you know, the one that I had the cortisone shot in last year and ended up losing the mobility because they hit a nerve. So now it's giving me some major grief. I have to spend a lot of time on the computer during the day at work which is exacerbating it somewhat. Unfortunately, I don't have any choice about the work thing so I have to lay off the computer at home... which translates to not being able to visit on Am3 until this damn thing heals. I figure about a week should do it and then I'll be able to do my exercises again to strengthen it. Damn tendonitis...$%#!!! I shall return.... ;-)
