I've got a couple abstract-type layered textured flower images I'm posting. This one being the first (duh LOL).

I didn't get out shooting this weekend. Not overly happy about that but other things took priority. Not sure HOW they did... but they did. Didn't have as much time as I'd hoped to work on some ideas. However, that's not as bad as it seems as I apparently need some more RAM on my laptop. This new CS4 is turning out to be a bit of a pig even after making some adjustments in the preferences... as well as turning off the Vista desktop gadgets (and I like having the weather etc there). Things are running slow. And then throw into the mix the Nik Silver Efex Pro plug-in and it's almost grid-lock!! LOL!!! Guess I'll be visiting my local Best Buy this week for a RAM stick... sigh... always something. My external hard drive is making some "working hard" noises as well.... better catch up on backing up on discs as well, I guess... Guess it didn't help when one of my furry kids (aka cats) decided to lose a hair ball over the vents of said external hard drive. YES! somehow the damn little beast managed to do that. In all likelihood, it was Sir Pukesalot (aka Angus). Like I said, if it isn't one thing it's another...... At least I've now got my car back.... ;-)
