looking back...

Posted by

This is again from Roberta and my trip to Big Valley: another window from the roundhouse looking out at an elevator. Sorry I've mixed my series up a bit. I also apologize for my lack of visiting... I caught that nasty flu bug and am pretty much down for the count. Will catch up. Take care everyone and have a healthy weekend!!

Please do take care, Amy. Bugs are no fun at all. Really hope you’ll be able to get lots of rest, warm water, and lemon, and recover soonest. This is a truly FANTASTIC piece yet again. Your work is the epitome of masterly!

Oh Dear Amy! Did I pass the flu' bug on via posting! It is a miserable one isn't it. Please try to get well quickly! Don't try to do too much too soon - I did, and I've had another few days feeling just as tired and achy! I love the processing in thi s one, but not sure I like the blurry style over all. I guess it is artistic but it is just me who likes something sharp in the picture with a blur to emphasise the sub ject! ;-)

A window to the past - memories of better times. This one really evokes a lot of emotions. It saddens me to see all of these buildings abandoned and being torn down, all in the name of "progress". Thank you for capturing these places - now we will have them for all time.
