Thanks, kids, so much for your concern with my migraines. Usually there is some specific trigger but none of the usual triggers are applying. However, my Mom (love you MOM!!) did mention my age and what starts to happen at this age (I'm trying to be polite here... read between the lines LOL!)... she may have a point. I've also been known to get cluster migraines for no apparent reason... so, will give it some more time before I make an appointment with the doc. ;-)

So again, this one is from our trip out to the west side of the island. The waves were really that high... it's not a perspective illusion.
